2-year replacement for defect or failure in normal professional use. Does not cover drop or impact, liquid damage, unauthorized modification or repair, misuse, or lost or stolen units.

Lease damage
Lease damage beyond normal use: the clinic pays repair, or remaining buyout ($1,790 minus months already paid), whichever is less. Lost or stolen on lease: buyout is due.
Rent-to-own
Monthly payments credit 100% toward the $1,790 buyout. Activation is a non-refundable fee and does not credit. Buy out early anytime: $1,790 minus months paid. At month 18 the residual is $0 — you own it.
Returns
Opened sterile tips are not returnable. Unused sealed device kits: return window TBD · days, restocking TBD · fee, freight TBD · who pays. Lease activation is not refundable.
File a request from the practice email on the order. Do not ship anything back until you have an RMA. Practice terms.
